Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with www.skiskates.com you must be over 10 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.skiskates.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.skiskates.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party www.skiskates.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took the first consignment of goods into your/their possession. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Snowfeet s.r.o, skiskates.official@gmail.com / hello@snowfeetstore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement by mailed letter or e-mail. The withdrawal period has been observed so long as you dispatch the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the end of the withdrawal period. For repayment we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless something different is explicitly agreed with you. We will state a fee as a result of this repayment and you will pay the shipping back to us. We may refuse this repayment until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever of these occurs first. The product, that you return must be in the same condition as when we sent it to you. We will inform you about the adress, that you will send it back to. This period shall be observed so long as you dispatch the goods prior to the end of the period of fourteen days. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods. You are only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is the result of handling not required to determine the suitability, characteristics and function of the goods.

Manual

Attach Skiskates to your ski boots or snowboard boots with bindings. One size fits all, but we recommend Skiskates for boots of 36-49 EU / 4.5-14.5 US / 22,5-32,5 MP (Snowboard boots version) and 37-49 EU / 5-14.5 US (Ski boots version)

Warning

It is more difficult to turn or stop with Skiskates / Snowfeet than it is with skis. We do not recommend using Skiskates / Snowfeet on steep slopes. Always wear protective gear and helmet.

Not for children under 3 years. There is a danger of injury when speed or direction mistake occurs. The product Skiskates / Snowfeet should be used on a sufficient layer of snow, on hills and terrains with no obstacles, under adult supervision. Beware of other people and obstacles while skiing. The child should use firm footwear, protective gloves and a helmet.

Some aspects of skiing and related activities are potentially dangerous. Any person using Skiskates / Snowfeet is personally responsible for learning a safe way to ski, assumes all risks and accepts complete responsibility for any and all damages and injuries of any kind, which may result from use of this product. Skiing involves the general risk of injury. It is necessary to follow the rules of safe skiing. Safety of a child skiing with Skiskates / Snowfeet is a responsibility of the supervising person.

The Skiskates and Snowfeet product is made of plastic and wood. Do not use the product is it is damaged. Do not expose the product to temperatures over 40 °C or under - 20 °C, as these temperatures can cause irreversible damage to the product. Keep the package of the product away from children, danger of suffocation in case of pulling the package over head.

You ought to exercise good judgment and common sense when using Skiskates / Snowfeet skis. Snowfeet s.r.o. is not liable for injuries or damages arising from the dangers and risks inherent in this sport. Your safety and the safety of others depend upon your cautious and careful use of your Skiskates / Snowfeet skis.
